Our 2024 Customer Engagement Forum was a resounding success. We began the year by giving back to the community with a donation to the Edo State Chapter of the Nigerian Blind Association to support a local school for the visually impaired.
The forum itself was a testament to our commitment to open dialogue. Our leadership team engaged directly with attendees, providing in-depth answers to a wide range of questions. This two-way communication ensures we continue to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
Sanlam Children's Day Fun Fair
We rolled into May with a fun-filled Children's Day event for the little ones of our FlexiEdu and FlexiEdu Plus policyholders. This complimentary fair was a special way to celebrate our youngest customers.
We are excited to announce our innovative partnership with Spar! From August 15th to October 5th, 2024, we brought our Shop Insurance on-the-go campaign to Tejuosho Shopping Complex, Surulere Mall, Spar Ilupeju, Falomo Square Mall, and The Palms Mall. This unique initiative allowed customers to purchase insurance seamlessly while benefiting from personalised financial advice.
Loyalty Campaign:
This year, we doubled down on rewarding our loyal customers with two exciting promotions.
The Reinstate and Win Big promo was designed to encourage customers with lapsed policies to reinstate and pay backlogs. The top 20 customers who took advantage of this opportunity were rewarded with ?100,000 gift vouchers each, with a total prize pool of ?2,000,000.
Our active FlexiEdu policyholders were also in for a treat with the Renew2Win promo. By consistently paying monthly premiums for six months, they earned points that could be redeemed for amazing prizes. The top three winners walked away with ?500,000 each, while the next ten received ?50,000 vouchers
In October, we brought together over 70 retirees and pension officers at the Continental Hotel in Abeokuta for a special Retirees Forum.
The event kicked off with essential health checks for all attendees, followed by a comprehensive health talk. Our medical expert provided valuable insights on maintaining a healthy lifestyle in retirement.
The forum also highlighted the benefits of Sanlam Annuity, providing retirees with a secure financial future to Live with Confidence.
