The Building Insurance Plan offers financial indemnity in the event of loss or damage as a result of lightning, explosion, riot & strike, civil commotion, malicious damage, aircraft, and aerial devices, bursting/overflowing of water tanks, pipes, and apparatus, bush fire, earthquake, tornado, flood, storm, hurricane, and windstorm. 

On the flip side, the Householder Insurance Plan covers the risk of fire, theft, flooding, lightning, and accidental damage to insured property, whether as the owner of the building or as a tenant in a rented apartment. 

For a bespoke plan, the FlexiHome Plan is a home content insurance cover that compensates the insured in the event of loss or damage to property belonging to the insured as a result of fire and/or allied perils.
